Our family friend Sid (a retired woodshop teacher and hunter extrodinaire) just dropped off some new weapons for the Crossfit Garage quiver. Add some more mats, squat stand, and bumper set and we're off. The Plyo Boxes measure 24 inches (2), 18 inches, 12 inches, and a 6 inch riser.
It's interesting that for the last couple of "FGB" we probably were only jumping 16-18 inches, not the required 24. . .
Looking forward to the next time. As Leonidas states in "300," "You want our weapons! Come and get them!"
