NEW WORKOUT TO TRY

So this is Alan's turn real quick to plug for a new workout I made. Feel free to try it on an off day or when you aren't liking the WOD.

9 Squats
15 Sit Ups

My time today was 11:25. I'm getting better at this altitude stuff.

It's cyclical if you've noticed. Goes 15, 13, 11, 9, and then back to 15. Exercises are cyclical as well. Cheers!
