Hang Power Clean

Hmmm. . . look familiar? Look back just 2 weeks. . .
Interestingly, I routinely hit 225 on a regular power clean or squat clean. The first pull really adds quite a bit to the momentum if you do it right I guess.
So it snowed about a foot here over the last 2 days. . .Steph and I did some snowshoeing and then I shoveled the driveway for about an hour and a half. My back is killing me so I'll probably do this tomorrow.
