Well, all the treadmills are out of order. It's also 25deg outside, the longest continuous running path is 200m long, and the air is filled with burnt fecal matter. So, we found an alternative
CrossFit Total SP: 165(f) 160 165(tie PR) Squat: 365(f) 345 355 (PR is 365) DL: 425 445(f) 445(f) (PR is 435) Total: 945 (PR is 955)
So I did this one a little different as well. Lot of excuses not to get out and run: it's 15 degrees, it's snowing, and getting home at 4:40 leaves little daylight. . .so I rowed. . .
Unknown distance but for a butt numbing 30:38. I figure at least 5K of rowing, maybe more. Fun stuff.
im here! so i didn't do 10k BUT i did run yesterday and i plan to run tomorrow. it's about 3.5 miles this loop Scott showed me here. It's tough running out here. you just wanna stop like 10 minutes into it. patience son
