6 rounds as RXed

Did some deep thinking; to do squat cleans or power cleans? Squat cleans are significantly harder, but take twice as long to do. With only 1min, that cuts down on the potential max drastically. Power cleans are much faster but much less work. My answer: a compromise. I did the first 4 rounds, and half of the 5th round as squat cleans. When I realized I wasn't going to finish the 5th round in time doing squat cleans, I switched to power to finish the workout. I think it was a great compromise; good form work, and killer intensity, all in one workout.

6 rounds plus 5, all clean and split jerk style.

Making slow improvements, did more weight and made more sets this time. Fun stuff
