WOD 1.2.09

"Murph"

For time:

1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

First time I completed this one in 3 tries. Wore 22# body armor (I took out most of the plates; normally, it's about 45# fully loaded)

congrats for finishing Paul. Rob and I are skipping over Murph though I would like to take a stab at it. We were a few days behind so we are jumping in with today's WOD. I will get Murph next time around!!
