Got a pretty strong twinge in the back after the first set, so I took some ibuprofin and called it a day

Getting out of the hole with 185 was interesting. . . need to start greasing the groove with squats a bit more. What am I saying? I need to grease the groove with every exercise!!:)

Front squats are cool; almost the same leg work as back squats, additional core work, and much easier to learn than overhead squat. On a hard front squat I feel my abdominal and back muscles clamp down hard. Great exercise.
