Bailed at the bottom of my 3rd rep at 145. I think OHS is the next logical evolution of the sloshpipe. Take an activity that is hard enough (deep squats) and through in a ton of tricky balance work for the core muscles. Fun!

Wow, this was harder than I thought. . .

Jumped right in at 95 pounds and just about dropped it every time. I'm looking forward to getting the bumpers next week.

65-75-85-90-95-95

And a lot of broomstick overhead squats.
