wowser, moving out here and dealing with less O2 at altitude killed my time. Didn't feel like I was dying but I couldn't get enough oxygen.
16:23 though I did regular dips instead of rings...no rings out here:(

Scaled hang power clean to 135 lbs, dips were stationery and broken as needed. I had to wait while other gym members used the dip station so that added some time but the dip recovery was pretty pitiful regardless
