WOO HOO PAUL IS COMING HOME!!!

Thruster

and if desired, from Crossfit Endurance

3+ hours before the WOD:

Run: 2 x 3/4-1 mile hill repeats holding the fastest possible pace and without deviating more than 1 minute and recovering 1 minute before descending the hill easy.  Rest one minute and the bottom.  Treadmill, 7% grade, recover 2 minutes

No running for me. It's 26 degrees gusting and a "wintry" mix that included 2-3 inches of snow, then 5 hours of ice, then back to snow. My commute is going to be loads of fun tonight. . .

Front squats are coming along. Wrists still felt a lot of strain but they're adjusting as well. I probably could have really bumped the weight but needed the technique practice as well.
