Good stuff. It's been a little while since Elizabeth came around. I thought I scaled this last time but I'm not sure. This time I did the weight as Rx'd but did static dips instead of ring dips. The set of 15 really kills you after the 21.

I read on CrossFit.com that people were saying these should be squat cleans, not power cleans. Hmm, I did power cleans, therefore not as prescribed :(

They always have that debate when coach doesn't list a movement specifically. Therefore, it can be any movement as I'm aware so still as Rx'd.

I stand corrected. I guess the full squat clean is "official." At this juncture though, fuck that. . .

9:25 with power cleans. ROM on dips sucked. Not my best work.

I've done this with squat cleans before, and it took over twice as long.

I'm behind schedule!!

I've been traveling, so it's been rough. The gym here is better than the gym back in Kabul, except there is no facility to do box jumps or wallball (I'll have to wait on Kelly). They do have a GHD machine and two great squat racks, though, so I think I'll deviate from the WOD to take advantage of the equipment in the next day or 2.
