Man, this hurt. Per usual, subbed rowing 1:50 for the run. Did box jumps at the official 24 inch height and used my 18 pound dynamax ball. This hurt. . .the box makes a big difference for only 6 inches higher than usual. I was reduced to doing step ups for most of round 4 and 5.

How's the foot healing? Will you be back to running anytime soon?
Foot is fine now. Running is more limited by the snowy, slushy, messy Western PA winter than anything else. I'd use a treadmill, but don't have on at home an won't for a while. Also, since I work out in the garage, I don't want to have to open and close the door constantly to get onto my 400m road course. Rowing just makes more sense currently. Come spring, it will be back to running more.
