30 muscle ups for time

If you can not do muscle ups, do 120 dips and 120 pull ups

The absence of rings and the fact that I could maybe do 5 muscle-ups led me to doing the 120 and 120.

I'm not beat but I definitely wasn't loving it.

Total time 18:20.
