Finishers

This is stolen from another nice entry at SFCF:

Finisher: The act of getting one last-blast before calling it a day; a dedicated practice time after the bulk of the work has been done.

The art of the finisher:
1. Blast through the "main" workout
2. Pick a category of movement you did not address
3. Recover from the main event and hit the finisher hard!

What not to do:
1. Hold back on the main event anticipating the finisher
2. Hammer the same movements addressed in the workout
3. Over reach by creating a second full workout
