Alrighty, this one was limited by my lack of ability to clean. MAx clean today was 165 so that was the max weight lifted. I tried about 6 times to clean 185 and it just wasn't going to happen :-(

exaggerated ROM on last set of 225
1RM PR is 295, so I think I'm a bit stronger than that now.
Legs were shaking like leaves after the third set; yesterday was exhausting!
My buddy Justin (age 46, wt 155#, backsquat 1RM is 235#) did his last set at 225#, or almost 1.5x body weight!
