Clean Comments

Found these pics on mikesgym.org It is the best sequence I've seen that shows the starting position, end of first pull and massive hip extension of the second pull. I think if you compare this with Al's video of a few days back, it really shows what we were looking for. --Paul

Sage with massive extension in second pull, with slight jump. Compare this with the pic of Al jumping; Al's legs, hips and arms are all bent. Sage's are all extended fully. I think the trick is to save bending anything until it is time to pull yourself under the bar.

Natalie pulling under the bar. Note her arms, hips and knees are bent, and that she is clearly dropping (see the ponytail). Again, I think the lesson is to bend as you drop into the third pull, not as you are pulling up on the second pull.
