40 lb Dumbbell snatch, right arm, 21 reps
21 L Pull-ups
40 lb Dumbbell snatch, left arm, 21 reps
21 L Pull-ups

I remember doing this one before, but I can't find a record in my notebook. I'm pretty sure it's a PR though.

Did h-sits, gradually deteriorating to strict pullups as the workout progressed. The punishment to the core was extreme on this one.

Oh yeah; that's h-pullups, not h-sits, and full squat snatches

40# is light enough that I could muscle snatch the weight all day, but I think that takes away from the workout considerably.

Sometimes, Crossfit just beats me down. I had a long day today, worked an hour over and didn't eat anything except a banana for 7 hours. . .big mistake. Bonked right away with this one. No get up and go so I just stopped.

Worked on snatches instead. Loaded 65 lbs on the barbell and snatched, over and over. Then, overhead squats. Felt really good, but hungry as hell afterwards. So I ate ;-)

I helped with Ski races today...I was one of the 'gatekeepers' on the course.

Then I went skiing::::)!! What fun, did some pissing around, but not the WOD. Sorry fellas

You guys missed a brutal workout; the only part of my body that didn't hurt afterward was my scalp.

Sounds like Rob should try to write a "Zone in the ER" article.
