ROM on the ring dips was still poor, but better than the last few times. Did high-angle pushups vice HSPU due to space constraints in our gym.

what a barn burner! Haha. I did it as Rx'ed except static dips (no rings still) and I had to substitute a 800m (.5 mile) spinning bike for running; there is no treadmill in the athlete's weight room and the access to outside is too far to be convenient.
Another note, for the hand-stand push-ups...I did 5 individuals one, sucking air between each, and then was so taxed I couldn't do another without falling on my face; so, I subbed barbell presses for another 45. In hindsight, I should of done 150 total, 3 per 1 handstand push up. Oh well. Next time!!
P.S. I got an email back from Jeannie from Jeannie's CrossFit Virginia Beach! She is cool and was helpful in suggesting starting exercises for handstand work. Remind me to share them. In fact, I'll post her email right meow.

Got through the first 2 rounds using a band assist on the ring dips. Went to get into the handstand assist and my arms were shaking uncontrollably. I fought with it for about 3 minutes before giving up and calling it a day. Took 17:23 just for the first 3 rounds!!
