WOD 02.18.09

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes completed to comments.

14 + 13 in the round of 15 (2 short arrgh!)

Previous PR was 11 (I think; it's been a while)

Did the first 11 rounds unbroken. It's interesting how you do as many pullups in the 15th set as you do in the first 5 sets combined!

10+8 Same boat, fewer reps. I was pumped to try this since this is the first time that I'm doing it with good kipping pull-ups. Didn't make much difference :-( I'll keep at it. I've been adding in a few rounds of weighted pullups. Perhaps as mountain athlete suggests, I'll need to add negatives to get really strong.

ahh negatives...I need to do those too. Esp if I want to work on my one arm chin-ups! (as prescribed by Beastskills.com).

I did 16 + 13 (last PR was 16 + 10)

though I could swear I was on 16...the watch says 18:00 and that says I didn't finish the 17th round (right??)
