Alan, where are you? We'll see if I can't hurt myself tomorrow. I'm going to rig my vulcan spotting racks and try to use them as a GHD. They actually make an attachment now called the "high country hyper" which converts them from spotting stands to a hyperextension setup. Wish me luck.

The crux was the teste-squish, but I pulled through.

19:38 with vulcan bench back extensions. I lost about a minute in the first round readjusting the supports to try and get comfortable. It was an exercise in futility. . .

The course I use ( http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=2593233) also has a grade to it so it's not quite like running on a flat course. Fun stuff.
