Wowee. I was gunning for you Paul but after the second round of pullups I knew it wasn't gonna happen. My pullup strength just fizzles out after about 7 reps even with a kip so I just went straight into the situps and then back to the pullup bar so that I was in constant motion. Didn't think I was even going under 15 but pulled it out in the end.

No finishers today. The pullups finished my forearms and shoulders. Good stuff.
