Jerk is such a technique-y exercise; I can't wait to get a coach!

About 10 lbs off of my PR today. Used the new racks.

CFWU x 2 (I can do dips again!!)

One thing I noticed was when I was on, I was on, no lag, no pressing out. On the misses, it was usually due to a weak jerk and trying to push it out.

Then for finishers:

2x3 weighted dips
2x5 weighted pullups
L and H sit practice
