Crossfit: The sport of sport. Functional Fitness. A kick in the backside of traditional training (and the participants). This is a record of our exploits. . .
Paul, I invited Al to come along since he seems to be enjoying the Colorado Mountains. He's actually climbing Antero today (The bastard!) :-) With luck he'll come with us instead of heading to the beach for bike week.
Woo hoo! More the merrier! Plus, Rainier will be much more fun than Bike Week. At the very least, there will be fewer 60yo men in assless leather chaps.

4rds +95m rowing
I expected to do more; pullups are rowing are very strong areas for me. Doing all the SDHP after yesterday's killer shoulder workout was paindful.
I just reread the postings from 5 Feb. Al; you mentioned a trip in May. Are you coming with us to Washington?

Antero in Feb. That sounds cold...
Wow, this was definitely harder than it appeared.
Warmed up with some kettlebell work (goblet squats, around the worlds, figure eights) plus burpees and abmat situps
Then
rowed was timed at 50 seconds
3 rounds plus 7 pullups (sooooo close to 4 rounds. . .)
Hey Alan,
You better not be wearing a green speedo and posing on some bike if you want to go climbing with us!!!!
