22 Rounds, previous PR was 19.
ALLLRIGHTT: New PR 15 rounds even. Crushed the ol PR of 12+ and felt reasonable well doing it. Kipping makes a HUGE difference in the pullups. Squats are easy. The push ups were where my biggest strength deficit showed up. Fun stuff.
While you guys did Cindy, Mary and I had a good time.
8 rounds plus 2 handstand push-ups. I have been practicing my handstand push-ups as part of my warm-up every WOD as long as shoulders aren't a huge part of the WOD.
No takers on Mary???
Mary eventually; I wanted to break 20 on Cindy first. Maybe next time.

Agreed on the kipping. A strategy I found was to crank out the pullups and pushups as fast as I can, and then use the squats as a moving rest. I didn't have to stop to breath even for a few seconds until 9 rounds in this time.
