So I did the WOD wit the CF group on base today.
4 rounds for time:
run 400m
10 burpees
20 squats
I have no idea how long it took me (watch failure), but Sandy beat me by about 90sec and I beat everyone else by about 90 sec.
I challenged my wife to a rematch, but I picked the WOD (405# DL for max reps bwah hah hah hah hah!) She didn't accept.
20 rounds
alternated between straight-leg sit-ups and bent-leg
11 rounds plus 8 situps. Did ring dips with pink band assist. Slowly getting better. The band definitely allows for a deeper range of motion.
I wish I had rings...hopefully soonish??
