Have you ever had one of those Doh! moments? I was attempting to makeup the CFT the other day with our brand new racks and bumper plates. I did my second rep of SP and failed. Historically, I would lower it to the ground because I had to clean it up in the first place. As I was doing that, I simultaneously thought to rerack the weight and let it fall because it was a bumper. Half of me tried to power clean it, the other half tried to drop it, my back went "pop pop pop!" and now I'm lying down in agony. No workouts for me for the next few days!
