Did some sports specific training. Loaded up my pack with 60+ pounds and did the 5K at White's Woods. I'm renaming the trail, "Quads on Fire" because thats what I felt like on the 500 foot climb. It was TOUGH. After feeling that way on a "day" hike I recommend that you both put on the pack and do some stairs (Paul) or mountains (You bastard, Alan:) )

I did the mainpage WOD.
put a 45 lb plate underneath my head for the handstand push-ups so I was doing half-reps. Working up to full reps eventually. Gotta start somewhere...it's like starting dips for the 1st time.
