Tire Drag (subbed havy bag carries)
Bridge Walk Ups, 1 minute

8x Push Press
Glute Ham Raises (skipped due to lack of GHD or good sub)
10x Slasher to Halo

Did the mountain athlete wod today. Took about an hour and 15 minutes total. By the end, I was taxed out. The muscles will be sore tomorrow. . .
