I subbed the 800m run with a .8mi bike on an older spinning bike that is in the weightroom. Sorry no treadmills or easy access to outside...good stuff though.

Still not 100%, but getting close. Main challenge today was that I didn't wait long enough between breakfast and the workout, so much GERD was to be had. Anyhooo...
