16:17 total time...

50 reps for all movements was around 8 minutes.

Feeling a bit sore from the hike yesterday but not devastated; thank goodness.

for whatever reason, I didn't do "Angie" last time in December...that or I didn't post my time. So the last number I had to compare to was in October...17:00. Glad to see I've improved!

I went about the WOD with a 10x10 approach. FYI.

Made this one up on 4.21. Rough.

Reps were split up as I was able to do them. I was done with everything but pullups by 24 mins. Still can't get the hang of them. . .

Total time: 27:57.79

My arms are jelly.
