Instead of doing this WOD outright, I opted for a different WOD w Deadlifts.

My time: 5:45...tis brutal!!!
Did 5x2 deadlifts. Didn't quitre have enough weight to get to 1rm.

Damn sore from making up Angie yesterday. . .
That DL-burpee workout is something else; good on you Al for doing it.
