Walking Lunge, 50 Steps
50 Knees to Elbows
50 Push Press, 45 lbs

Yuck. . .

36:00.06

As always, I get to the Knees to Elbows and it's downhill from there. Burpees still kill. At least the time is heading in the right direction. Crazy how much longer this takes when doing it close to "as Rx'd." Finally used the 24 inch box. The only sub was the knees to elbows. I did knee raises as high as I could get them.

I didn't do this WOD today b/c I made an arrangement with a fellow CrossFitter here on campus to do this on the 30th! Ran ~5 miles in the sage and dust today...total time on feet 45:44

No filthy 50 for me, unless you're describing the number of zone blocks I ate today at Disney World.

I thought Mark Twight was your paisan Rob?

Good article, and it holds true in EVERY male-dominated field I've ever been in. Fitness, mountaineering, climbing, martial arts, military, engineering; if there are two dudes involved, they will each declare that their way is the one and only true way to do something, and the other guy is on crack. Heck, get two fat guys in a bar and they'll argue over play calling in whatever game is on the TV, each convinced that they alone know the perfect way to win a game and everyone else is an idiot.

Can't we all just get along?
