Had a few hours at MacDill and wanted a workout that focused on technique and took advantage of the way-cool bumpers here. Sooo,

5x1 135# Power Clean/Push Jerk
5x2 135# Power Clean/Push Jerk
4x3 135# Power Clean/Push Jerk
1x6 135# Power Clean/Push Jerk

Technique felt OK, but 135# is almost too light for me. I can SDHP and reverse-curl it, so I really have to focus on doing the technique properly.

Made up yesterday's WOD with one I saw on an affiliate video recently:

5 rounds of:

5- 155lb squat clean (modified to 135)
7- Burpees

9-Chest to Bar pullups

3 round time 7:29; 5 round time 15:06. Pretty killer.

Also hiked today with the big ol pack. 5 miles on trails for a time on feet total of 1 hour 35 minutes about.
