Five rounds for time of:
95 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 21 reps
21 Ring dips

21 reps was too much to handle so I did 5 rounds of 15 reps.
Total time 10:31
Felt the pump in my arms when I was done.
Ran 4 miles of ups and downs on the trails in 38:22 today 4 hours before the WOD.
