Ran about 2.2mi in 22:30 with about 6 min of walking. Did the first 1.3mi at an 8:30 pace which felt easy, and only started walking because my shins felt sore. Should be in good shape for the fitness test I have to take when I get back from Oregon.

Haha, ya you should be in good shape I'd say. I'm running a 25k race the Saturday after we get back!!!

Anyways, ran bout 2 or 3 miles in a bout 28 minutes some seconds.

Didn't have great access to the weight room so I did 3 reps of 7 sets of handstand push-ups, full range of motion, straight hollow body. Felt pretty good. Then did 5 sets of wall balls, mountain athlete ab circuit, and pushups. Good workout for not having access to weights.
