Wow, did worse at this than last time by a long shot. Hmmm, maybe my sub was too much? I did 30 stepping or jumping lunges instead of walking (which probably are faster now that I think of it) Oh well. Still smoked me. I'm calling it "Welcome Back Rob" for the nice inaugural feeling it gave my muscles. Shoulders and forearms are still smoked from the pullups and I couldn't write correctly for an hour.

Total time, honestly couldn't have done this if I tried:

I had a 10 thirty something time last time and a 9:59 (!) this time around. Alright!!! Felt good after 3 or 4 days off being in Sacramento.

Sorry, I found the email, you sent it to gmail, not comcast. BTW, try 30 stepping lunges and see how it compares to walking lunges for 100 feet! Smell you from here!! Jackass ;-)

DNF-
Here's why: I went crazy and did GHD situps. Got dizzy during round of 12 (about 14min in) and called it a day. 2 days later and my abs are ruined!
