Good stuff as always. My strength still hasn't improved to the point it was at before Alan left, or maybe the bumpers are truly just a fraction heavier than the dated iron plates at the dungeon gym that we worked out at. Not sure which. I stopped early in the PJ set because my wrists were screaming for mercy.

So I walked about 45+ minutes yesterday with a sack of rocks on my back. Definitely not the most comfortable pick for weight.

Did the SP, PP, PJ all with 135lbs. Worked on mechanics.

5K today eh?? Hmmmm...okay!

really weak today:
SP through 155 (failed on 165 and 160, PR is 175)
PP through 165 (PR is 185)

Back felt funny so skipped PJ
