1st round of 75 SDHP (sub for rowing) & HSPU 8:13
2nd round of above 9:14
3 minute rest...
1st round of 115 lb. thruster and "H" pullups 8:18
2nd round of 10 as Rx'ed and then 10 - 45 lb. thrusters with strict pullups 7:15
