1 Rep Max in the following order:

Shoulder Press
Back Squat
Deadlift

Warmed-up with 5 sets of 5 of HSPU, Strict and Kipping PU, squats, dips, GHD situps, back ext., and pushups.

After running a 25k yesterday in 2 hours and 52 minutes, I am a little hesitant to beat on myself religiously hard yet so I devised my own short WOD.

5,4,3,2,1 of:

115 lb. squat cleans into a thruster
45 lb. dumbbell overhead situps
10 sec. side planks (one each side)

Didn't time it, but did it as quick as possible.

Not feeling too shitty after a hard day of trail running but I'm not 100 percent for sure...this week!
