7 rounds. WooO!! This was no easy WOD. Please try ya'll and let's see how you fare.
7 rounds--that's crazy!
4 rds+12 dips, 21 situps and 8 cleans.
BTW--the best anyone in our gym did was 6rds even--WTG Al!
Did parts of this workout as a "finisher" to my squats. Playing around with ring dips since the most I can do is 3-5 and poor depth at that. Getting really fast at the cleans though.
BTW Al, stop begging and be happy with what you get. Let me know if you didn't get the pack because I can suggest that to the rest of the fam as an idea.
Haha, ya I was feeling good that day. I could knock out all 15 hang cleans and all dips (except the very last set) in one go around. I was charged.
BTW Rob, I am happy with what I have. You maybe suggested donating me your rings...just hopeful, not begging deary. And I didn't get the pack; probably won't at this point. The money came and went already. Oh well.
