50 Squats
7 Muscle-ups
135 pound Hang power cleans, 10 reps

Was feeling poop yesterday so I took the evening off and did the Nasty Girls WOD today (Monday).

1st round 3:11
2nd round 7:04
3rd round 7:08

Total Time 17:24

Did as RX'd except for subbed pullups and dips for muscle ups. 3 & 3.

This WOD kicks ass in a bad way. I felt drained for a good half hour+ afterwards.

Nice work Big Al. Also running a day or two behind. Did this instead of the 5K.

Subbed 7 jumping muscle ups and used 115 pounds instead of 135. Even with the sub this hurt and I agree, my arms and legs felt like jello. Good stuff.
