Bench Press, 135 lbs, 10 reps
Push Press, 95 lbs, 15 reps
Dips, 20 reps

4 rounds plus 2 HSPU (standing on box)
Did as RX'd except by round 3 of HSPU I had to do the 90 degree push-up. Shoulders/arms had zero strength left. Killer WOD!@
