95 Failed off the bat due to balance down low

lowered weight

Finished with pullup negatives with a weight vest. Gotta improve the strength somehow. . .

Holy shit Paul. That's some killer snatch weight. I realized how much I slacked on snatches (weight lifting fellas) and my snatch weight is low.

Made this one up today (Wed) after today's WOD.

I thought I had the best for the gym but one guy in the class (about Al's size) had trained at Diablo CF for a year or so and did 195#. That was freaky.

Shit! I am working on mine, though I don't know about 195. one day perhaps! I gotta get snatching again more consistently in addition to my other lifts (cleans, presses, etc.)...perhaps as a finisher
