I don't think I can do 40 "L" pull-ups without taking an hour. So I did 20 "H" pullups and 20 strict and 40 kipping. Subbed .6 mi bike for the run.

Only sub was h-pullups:

It was awesome working in a CF gym. Though I was the only one in that group who did the workout mainly as rxed, having people around yelling at me helped a bunch. I honestly thought it would take 30-40min.
