"Casualty"
Ten rounds for time of:
3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45 pounds
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-up
For weighted pull-ups place a 45 pound dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles and jettison the dumbbell after third rep and continue with strict pull-ups and then the kipping pull-ups. Coming off the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of a set.

Hiked up to Henry Lake @ 11,704 ft. 13 miles total. that was my WOD.
Started doing this workout and realized it wasn't about to happen, even with a scale to 20 lbs. I decided instead to go for 100 pullups anyway for time. made it to 78 in 10:31 before the casualty ended the workout. Almost there, damn. . .
Working on a 4 on 1 off this week hence the day behind.
good idea though. the 100 for time. I like that.
