Three rounds for time:

Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Handstand push-ups

Had to sub a .5 mile bike for the run, no treadmill or easy outside access. The HSPU are killer!

1900 vertical in 1.1mi in 90deg weather

about 2.5hr round trip
