Pulled something near my lats on the last set. Really weird cramping sensation. I was able to finish the set out but not I'm really paying for it. Bizarre considering that I didn't feel that I was using those muscles. Squats truly recruit more than you think!

felt good. Oh, and I power-cleaned the load into position instead of power racking.
