Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

130 pullups and used a .4 mile bike to sub for the lack of running space. Got 3.0 miles total throughout the 20 minutes.

Another sweaty day!

7rds, 64 pullups total

I sandbagged the pullups so that I could get more running in.

7rds x 400m each time. I think it's a hair shorter, but not too much.

Made this one a little harder than it had to be. Ran in the woods. My "400" course was very hilly and actually about 600m instead. Completed 5 rounds of pullups for a total of 53 and ran 4 2/3 laps on the course. My heart rate was very high!
