"Cindy"


Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:


5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

OR

"Mary"


Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:


5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

ANYWAYS, it went something like this...

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
2 Handstand Pushups
4 Pushups
6 Single-Leg Squats
8 Pullups
10 Situps

One minor change mid-stream was a switch to double leg squats after minute 10, b/c the legs were loosing badly.

13 rounds total. Not too bad, pretty easy to move between the movements.

6rds +5/10/6--9 pullups short of 7rds.
