Ten rounds for time of:
3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45 pounds
5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-up
For weighted pull-ups place a 45 pound dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles and jettison the dumbbell after third rep and continue with strict pull-ups and then the kipping pull-ups. Coming off the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of a set.

Last time this workout came up I tried for 100 pullups for time and am still healing. I decided to scale to 10 rounds of max reps with the 20 pound weight vest on. I switched up the grips: both palms away, both towards, right away and left towards, and left away with right towards.

These had no kip. Consistency before intensity. BTW, check the games. Great stuff going on!
